Victor and Charlotte worked tirelessly through the entire home search and contract process to make sure things went smoothly. We had some inspection issues that needed resolved and they were with us every step of the way and going above and beyond to provide information we would need or want about the new property and our new town. They are still working for us after closing coordinating repairs and remodelling. We came to town on a last minute change and Victor adjusted schedules and made arrangements for us to see 7 houses on day 1 and 5 more on day 2. All were well selected to meet our criteria and when we narrowed our selection down to a few properties, we were able to return for multiple visits and had options if the top selection did not get accepted. Victor goes above and beyond what is expected, even after the sale closes. When we moved into our house this week, we had no water. Victor immediately came out to our place and turned on the main line at the street. It was 10 pm when he headed home.
